Hey Everyone!
I just finished the 10th page of Glistening Wings! I now only have 5 partial pages left. Each of those is only 38 stitches high, so they should go fairly quickly.
I have actual work I have to get done tomorrow (awards don’t engrave themselves), but afterwards I can start on the final row.
Happy Stitching!

Hey, Everyone!
I just finished the last full page on my Glistening Wings! This was page 9. Page 10 is close to a full page (which is around 77 x 94), but it’s only 69 wide.
I’ll probably take a short break before starting page 10…might only be a few hours tomorrow, but still a break.
I have a jigsaw puzzle that I’ve been spending a few minutes on here and there. I’m crazy for doing it. It’s a 1500 piece puzzle which is not what’s crazy about it. This photo should explain it.
The pieces aren’t “normal” either:
Hey Everyone!
I just finished page 8 on my HAED SAL Glistening Wings!
I have just 1 more full page left and 6 partials. I’m enjoying stitching this, but do want to finish it as soon as I can. If I’m really focused (not typically me), I’d love to have it done in time to show it at our local fair (early August). I’m going to try, but I’m not going to stress about it if I don’t.
Happy Stitching!

Hey Everyone!
While I have still been working on my SAL, I have been taking breaks from it and working on a diamond painting. I finished it the other evening!
Update: I was asked if this meant I earned all of the charts offered in this year’s SAL. Yes, this gives me 6 full pages finished and all the other charts. I’m planning on trying to finish the entire chart before the end of the year, which will earn me one bonus chart (3 to choose from).
Hey Everyone!
Last night I finished page 7 on my HAED SAL!
Hey!
I just finished page 6 on my Glistening Wings!
Even though there are 15 pages in the pattern, I’m over the halfway point. The bottom row of pages are partial pages which is why I’m so far along with only 6 pages done.
Happy Stitching!

Hey Everyone!
I just finished the top row of my Glistening Wings HAED SAL!
Hey, Everyone!
I just finished the 4th page on my HAED SAL Glistening Wings!
Hey Everyone!
I finished page 3 on this year’s SAL, just in time for my vacation!
I’m going to head straight into page 4, but only for a little bit. Hubby and I are leaving in the morning for Las Vegas! I will not be taking my stitching, so I am taking a short break from it.
Happy Stitching!

I finished page 2 on my SAL!
I might take a tiny break before plunging into page 3…I’ll see what I feel like doing tomorrow.
Happy Stitching!

Last night, I finished a 3-D diamond painting kit that my hubby got me for Christmas. He bought me 4 in total and this is the 3rd one I’ve finished. I stored the other 2 before I thought to take pictures…I’ll photograph them next Christmas.
Now I’m going to go back to my SAL.
Happy Stitching!

Hey Everyone!
I finished the first page on my SAL Glistening Wings.
I’m taking a short break to watch the Rams/Panthers game (NFL) ‘cause the winner plays my team the Seahawks next week. I’ll be sticking with my SAL pattern for the foreseeable future since I really want to finish this one this year.
Happy Stitching!

Hey Everyone!
Just this once, I’m going to share a partial page photo. I chose Glistening Wings for this year’s SAL. At the moment, I have a little bit of a wing showing (the blue area). I’m doing this on 40ct. linen, in true half stitches.
The main reason that I’m doing a progress post before I finish a page is to explain the progress meter showing on the right —>.
I’m “old school” and stitch from paper copies, highlighting stitches that I’ve finished. I can’t get an accurate total stitch count that way, so I only count totally completed 10x10 sections of the pattern. So the progress meter shows that I’ve done 4,000 stitches which is about half way through the blue area horizontally. Obviously by the photo you can tell that I’ve done more than that, but I’m not going to count all those random stitches.
I’ll probably update the meter after every stitching session, but I won’t be doing more progress photos until I have page finishes.
Happy Stitching!
