The "more professional" writers and photographers focus so much on showing off their work, but the photos don't actually educate me in how they got there. Yours do!!

I've been searching for months for a tutorial on how this lady made this bull's eye quilt (flowers) posted on a longarm quilter's client sharing page (scroll down, it's at the bottom).

https://quiltingit-leisha.blogspot.com/2014/09/client-quilt-sharing-day.html

The photos of this gorgeous quilt are all over Pinterest and show up in nearly every Google search but no one posted exactly HOW to make something like this. With YOUR tutorial, now I can figure it out. Yay!! :)

I'm not a newbie to sewing, quilting or applique but for some reason this really stumped me. I especially like that you included photos of what you did to trim away the bulk ((smile)) You're a great tutorial blogger, don't let anyone tell you differently!

-sry
Sarah, The Webbiegrrl Writer-sryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16458898339506401965noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6598444690236486516.post-30070565535585919362017-10-26T04:42:12.269-07:002017-10-26T04:42:12.269-07:00I like your site and content. thanks for sharing t...I like your site and content. thanks for sharing the information keep updating, looking forward for more posts.
Love your variations. Thanks for the inspiration. You could use the thumb tack and tape trick to make sewing the circle easier. Position tack in the center of tape, sticky side down, then in center of your circle, position sewing line then press tape to machine bed to the left of the needle. It makes the fabric go in a circle.Kjbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00516732974210557438noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6598444690236486516.post-47678857377202604962017-10-13T20:44:56.829-07:002017-10-13T20:44:56.829-07:00Thanks for sharing
